It does not apply to personal information collected by third-party websites, services, applications, payment processors, social media platforms, or advertising partners that we do not own or control, even if those third parties are linked from our website.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our website, emails, advertisements, and online services.

These technologies may be used to:

• enable website functionality, account access, shopping-cart features, checkout, security, fraud prevention, and customer preferences;

Do Not Track. We do not currently employ a process for automatically responding to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals sent by web browsers, mobile devices, or other mechanisms. Global Privacy Control. You can use the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") through a supported browser to signal certain of your opt-out preferences. You may opt-out of the processing of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising or certain sales of your personal information by broadcasting the Global Privacy Control Signal through a supported browser. If you use the GPC, we will process your request for your browser, but it will not apply outside of that browser to your device. You will need to use the GPC for each browser you use to access the website. If you clear your cookies in your browser after using the GPC, you will need to use the GPC again for us to process your opt out for that browser.

Pixel Tracking. We use "pixels" (also called tracking pixels or tags) provided by third-party companies, such as Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter), Google, and Yelp, on our website. These pixels allow us to understand user activity after a user clicks one of our advertisements (for example, an ad on Facebook) and is directed to our website. We use this information to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, for statistical and market-research purposes, and, in some cases, to retarget users with relevant advertising. The information collected through these pixels may include online identifiers such as IP address, cookie or device identifiers, and information about your interactions with our website. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF DE-IDENTIFIED OR AGGREGATED INFORMATION

We may collect, use, share, transfer and otherwise process de-identified and aggregated information that we receive or create for any purpose in our sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws. Underground Printing is the sole and exclusive owner of such de-identified and aggregated information, including if Underground Printing de-identifies personal information so that it is no longer considered personal information under applicable laws.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

• Affiliates and related entities, for business, operational, customer-service, administrative, and legal purposes.
• Service providers and contractors, such as website-hosting providers, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, production partners, customer-service providers, marketing vendors, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, IT vendors, professional advisors, and other vendors that help us operate our business.

PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or administrative communications, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, account notices, or policy updates.

We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further products and/or services in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.

International Transfers. We are headquartered in the United States.
